Dangerous for health! Furniture is too old & has bedbugs. They bite people during the night. It provoked allergy in my case. I had to changed location and booked another hotel, cause i was not able to suffer anymore. They didn't give my money back neither for nights i didn't use nor for medicine I had to buy. Location is not the best and personal are unhelpful. Internet did not work!

Location
The room was dirty and the bedding didn't appear to have been washed! We slept in clothes so we didn't have to touch the bedding much! The room was very hot when we arrived so we turned the radiator off but then it wouldn't go back on for the next 2 nights and so we were freezing!! We spoke to the reception staff about this before the 2nd cold night and she firstly asked whether we had turned it on and then said 'it must work'. She didn't come to our room to try it herself and so we again had a cold night. Their are smoke alarms in all the rooms which went off twice while we were there, once at 6am! I am not normally one to complain but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!

When we checked in, we advised that we would be leaving at 5 30 in the morning, and the gentleman on the counter was very kind, and told us that our breakfast would be on the counter in the breakfast room.
When we checked out, the man at reception was very rude, and told us that breakfast was at 7. When we tried to explain that we had organised an early breakfast, he continued to be rude, and all of a sudden his English was a lot worse. Also, we could not open the front door to leave, and he refused to assist us. As we paid for breakfast (included in price) I would like a refund of this amount. Also, it was good that bathroom smelled like bleach, but your cleaner should also us a brush, to remove the mould in the bathroom

The room was large and had an en suite with a wash basin, loo and shower which all worked, though were dated in style. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was help-yourself and consisted of cereals, ham and cheese slices, boiled eggs and different breads (fresh) cake and jams. The reception was manned all the time, they spoke good English and were courteous and helpful. We have come to expect more modern accommodation in recent times, but we were not unhappy with the hotel overall. We did not expect luxury.
There was nowhere to hang clothes, but most of the guests (including us) were only there a night or two so would live out of suitcases or backbacks in any case. The room was on the third floor without a lift but this was not a problem and I guess most of the older hotels in town centre would be the same. The view out of the window was of a central, rather dirty litter-strewn courtyard with the glass roof of the reception area at the bottom. Only coffee, not tea. We were expected to take used utensils back to the shelf near the kitchen after eating.

No frills budget hotel.Location excellent, about 10mins easy walk from Centraal Station.Easy reach of main area`S.Facilities in room,TV,couple of electrical sockets and towels. No room safe deposit,no sink plug, couple of lightbulbs needed replacing.Bed clean and comfortable.Heating very good.Hotel facilities basic.Vending machine for drinks and snacks in reception.Breakfast good value, continental style, croissants, toaster, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, tea, coffee, fruit juice.(07.30-10.00)No bar facilities during our stay(March 12).Able to leave luggage after checkout.Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Don`t expect the Ritz but it is a good basic hotel at a good price in a good location.

comparably clean, no bugs, sufficient breakfast, near the train station and shops and touristic places
May be not so much space, some facilities were not fully functional (like cabinet, windows), bed covert had strange yellow color. Low noise isolation.

As a hotel base with no frills for friends on a party weekend, but forget it for any other purpose, you will be dissappointed
We had to move room after the first night, no real reason. They said the night before but came knocking at 11am and tried to move us out without another room ready for us. We refused and they found another room ready. The handle to the bathroom wasnt fixed and so unable to shut door properly. The first room had no bracket for the showerhead to fix to.

i did not like anything about this hotel, the first room we had has large holes in walls and all the bathroom fixtures were broken, after that we asked to be moved to a different room because of all the brocken stuff which the man behind the counter said yes they knew about all that, second room had no holes in walls but still all fixtures in bathroom were broken, in australia where we are from, this hotel would be closed down due to health and safety, ie broken hand rails on stairs, bathrooms not working and the clenlyness of this place.
